Design the behavior.
Then bring it to life.

A shared understanding of states, controls and constraints keeps a motion project moving in the right direction.

  1. Discover

Review the audience, platform, source artwork and product events. Agree on what the animation should communicate and which runtime constraints matter.

  2. Design

Approve key poses, framing and a small visual vocabulary before building every transition. Establish a calm fallback pose and readable status text.

  3. Rig

Organize reusable character controls, shape deformation and drawing order. Check the pose extremes at the intended display size.

  4. Connect states

Author transitions, control ranges, defaults and interruption behavior. Keep application business rules outside the animation file.

  5. Test

Validate a representative export in the agreed target runtime. Test failure, interruption, repeated events, layout changes and reduced motion.

  6. Handoff

Deliver the scoped animation assets and a versioned control contract. Record runtime requirements, acceptance sequences and any known limitations.
