Get the timing right.

Convert a duration without guessing. Choose the frame rate and tempo that match your project.

One duration, several useful views

Seconds = milliseconds ÷ 1,000. Frames = seconds × frames per second. Beats = seconds × beats per minute ÷ 60. The tool preserves fractional frames so you can choose how to round for your export.

For example, 300 ms is 0.3 seconds, 18 frames at 60 fps and 0.6 beats at 120 BPM. A frame is approximately 16.67 ms at 60 fps.

Use timing as a specification

Frame counts depend on the chosen rate; a runtime may render at a different rate on a real device. Specify interactive timing in elapsed time, then validate the result under actual application load. This calculator converts units; it does not predict rendering performance.
